The role:

A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a high-end Build to Rent site in South London.

Responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks on site
• Diagnose the cause of defects
• Maintain accurate records
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
• Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality
• Provide property inspections
• Liaise with contractors when needed

The person:

• Prior experience in property management maintenance
• Comprehensive understanding of building services
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Positive, can-do attitude
