Utilities Engineer/Maintenance Technician
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Utilities Engineer will work at our FMGC site based in Manchester. As the Utilities Engineer you will be responsible to provide reactive support as well as planned maintenance activities and assistance as directed by your Management.
Responsibilities Communicate with the Team Leader escalating any problems or issues related to production and engineering. Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work. Ensure Utility service levels are maintained to support the production requirements of the site. Become first response for Site Utilities: Steam and condensate systems HP/LP Compressed Air Water Treatment and distribution Effluent treatment and disposal Chemical dosing and delivery systems Cooling Tower and Legionella Control Systems Building Management Systems Air Handling and fixed Cooling equipment
Ensure Health & Safety and Statutory compliance of all assets within the Musk remit. Carry out continual site monitoring to manage site environmental compliance.
