Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for our client in Lancaster, TX. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established food production facility known for its high standards and team-oriented environment.

Location: Lancaster, TX

Pay: $33.86 – $39.85/hr DOE + Overtime Opportunities

Shifts Available: Second Shift (Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM) – Some weekends & holidays required

What You’ll Do:

Set up and fine-tune packaging equipment (VFFS systems)

Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, sensors, and field devices

Maintain pumps, piping systems, metal detectors, and conveyors

Document maintenance and repair activities in the MMS system

Support safe and efficient operations in a refrigerated production facility

What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and process systems

Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and servo drive systems a plus

Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics

Comfortable working in cold environments (down to 34°ree;F) and lifting up to 70 lbs
