Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour
Duration: Temp-to-Perm
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join our client on an ongoing assignment in a rural location between Aylesbury and Bicester.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you’ll play a key part in supporting refurbishment and upkeep tasks. Due to the location, own transport is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general maintenance and refurbishment duties
- Stripping out old fittings and furnishings
- Cleaning and preparing areas for reuse
- Installing, trimming, and replenishing new materials
- Performing varied repair and maintenance tasks as required
- Supporting with refurbishment works to ensure high-quality finishes
- Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and safe
- Working outside in all weather conditions
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience with carpentry is an advantage
- Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
