The company are expanding and doing really well, they are now looking for a Maintenance Managerthat will be responsible for supporting engineering excellence, focusing on OEE, reliability, scheduling, continuousimprovement, day to day meetings, dealing with contractors and more. This is mainly desk based - they are looking for a realpeoples person that is organised and can demonstrate they have experience on the above. The Maintenance Manager will benefit from days only hours, book 4 days off and get 12 days off work. be able to drive excellence within the maintenance team and feel more than just a number in a big company. Experience required for the Maintenance Manager: Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) or Apprenticeship served At least 5 years experience working as a senior maintenance engineer/maintenance manager experience leading people IT literate - experience with CMMC and microsoft packages Any maintenance engineer from manufacturing or ex-forces welcome to apply FMCG, Food, plastic, packaging, Pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, distribution, automotive, metals, etc. INDSW
