The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveSupply Chain Administratorto support the effective flow of goods across our retail network. This role plays a vital part in stock allocation, reporting, and frontline support to internal teams and stores. Working closely with the Commercial Supply Chain Analyst and depot teams, you will contribute to inventory accuracy, supply chain reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
*Stock Allocation & Reporting*
- Allocate inventory across the store and depot network to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Track the status and readiness of purchase orders to maintain supply accuracy.
- Generate timely and accurate reports on supply chain performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of supply chain processes and reporting tools.
*Ticket & Query Management*
- Respond to queries from internal departments and external partners regarding stock and supply.
- Manage tickets submitted through Freshdesk, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Support store teams by handling replenishment-related tickets and emergency requests.
*Replenishment Support*
- Coordinate daily emergency replenishment actions to maintain product availability in stores.
- Maintain and update replenishment tools, forms, and databases to ensure accurate execution.
- Collaborate with depot and logistics teams to ensure smooth movement of stock across the network.
*Team & Project Support*
- Assist the Commercial Supply Chain Analyst with stock allocation tasks and ticket management.
- Provide general support to the wider Supply Chain team as needed, including ad-hoc analysis and admin support.
- Be flexible and responsive to changing priorities across both operational and commercial supply functions.
*Key Skills & Experience:*
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk) is a plus.
- Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or retail operations preferred.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
