We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic Programme Benefits Analyst to join our Major Projects team within Strategic Asset Management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the benefits from large-scale, strategic projects are clearly defined, tracked, and realised in alignment with Anglian Water's business goals. You'll work at the intersection of project delivery and business strategy, providing critical insight and assurance that the value promised in business cases is achieved and sustained post-implementation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sponsors and delivery teams to define and prioritise measurable benefits.
Develop benefits maps and profiles aligned with strategic objectives.
Maintain benefits realisation plans and monitor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Engage senior stakeholders to ensure ownership and accountability for benefit delivery.
Produce insightful reports and dashboards for governance boards.
