Job Overview We are seeking an experienced male SEN Tutor to support a student with high-level Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioural needs. This role involves working alongside an existing female tutor, providing both academic support and assistance with the more physical aspects of the student's care and engagement. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored, one-to-one educational support Assist with managing challenging and physical behaviours Support engagement in learning activities at a Year 1 level Work collaboratively with another tutor to ensure consistency and safety Create a structured, calm, and supportive learning environment Student Details Age: 17 years old Working level: Year 1 Needs: High-level ASD Behavioural difficulties Can present with physical behaviours
Requirements Male tutor (role requires physical support element) Strong experience working with SEN students, particularly ASD Experience managing xehkeey challenging behaviour Physically capable and confident in handling active situations Patient, resilient, and calm under pressure Working Hours Monday to Friday 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM Total: 15 hours per week Pay £30-35 per hour Start Date As soon as possible
