Working closely with the Director of Finance & Operations, youll play a key role in shaping financial insight across the business, supporting performance, growth, and profitability. The role This is a broad, hands-on position where youll take ownership of management accounts while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Producing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis Delivering clear financial reports with meaningful commentary and recommendations Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes alongside departmental managers Analysing costs, margins, and profitability to support commercial decisions Assisting with cash flow forecasting and working capital management Supporting year-end accounts and liaising with external accountants and auditors
