Kenton Black Finance are supporting a family owned business which has been operating for 30+ years as they look to strengthen their finance function by recruiting a new Management Accountant.
Employing around 90 staff, the business prides itself on impressive staff retention levels. 75% of their workforce have worked for the business for 5+ years and 40% have been in role for 10+ years.
This is a full-time, permanent role which offers excellent variety and input to decision making, supporting future growth plans.

Your New Role as Management Accountant:
Working alongside 2 experienced members of the finance team, specific duties will include:
• Management accounts production • Posting accruals, prepayments and journals • Balance sheet reconciliations • Variance analysis and detailed commentary • Management of fixed assets • Analysis of sales and overheads • Stock reconciliations • Preparation of payroll data • Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including Directors and external accountants • Involvement in projects relating to process improvements and business expansion including integrating new sites
