Management Accountant | Richmond £45,000 - £55,000 + Study Support + Bonus + Benefits  Magpie Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with a well-established and growing  consultancy based in Richmond  to find a talented and driven  Management Accountant .This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up, take ownership of monthly accounts for a number of businesses. You'll be supported with a generous study package (ACCA / CIMA / ACA), full training, and exposure to a wide range of clients across sectors.  Key Responsibilities: Prepare full  monthly management accounts , including all related journals, accruals and prepayments Reconcile  multiple balance sheet accounts  (VAT, payroll, fixed assets, intercompany, etc.) Produce monthly  variance analysis , KPIs and board reporting Support  budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting Prepare and submit  VAT returns  and assist with corporation and personal tax Use and train others on cloud-based accounting platforms including  Xero or QuickBooks Supervise and support junior team members on day-to-day tasks Liaise directly with SME clients and build strong working relationships
