After significant investment and stellar growth their plan is continued expansion, across both existing and new markets and services.The Role:Support the day-to-day financial operations of the businessManage a team of 2 initially which will grow as the business continues to scaleYear-end control corporation tax return, prepare reports, arrange audit and provide assistanceAssist the MD with annual budget provisionProduce monthly and weekly figures and maintain packsControl bank accounts balancing and posting transactions and manage and maintain company cash flowManage PAYE, quarterly VAT returns and on time paymentsProcess payroll accurately using Sage Payroll, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislationProcess invoices, payments, expenses, and bank reconciliationsManage factoring facility and relationshipLead on Finance-related projects alongside typical day-to-day dutiesThe Person:Previous similar experience in a Management Account or similar role and ready to take the next step in your careerIdeally from a logistics, distribution or warehousing backgroundProven experience with Sage Payroll and full working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, especially MS ExcelAbility to manage confidential information professionally and discreetlyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a desire to be impactful to join an ambitious and rapidly growing business at an exciting time in their evolution offering a clear pathway for career progression.
