NET Recruit are partnering with a successful manufacturing business to search for a Management Accountant in Harrogate. Your Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Preparing monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, and maintaining the fixed asset register Conducting variance analysis and investigating discrepancies to support financial accuracy and control Producing daily, weekly, and monthly management reports to inform internal stakeholders and drive decision-making Supporting the Finance Director in preparing year-end statutory accounts and R&D submissions Delivering regular KPI reporting to track business performance and identifying areas for improvement Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparation and review of cash flow forecasts Managing the company’s invoice factoring facility, ensuring timely submissions and reconciliations Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and in line with company deadlines Supporting on transactional duties during periods of absence, including Sales Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Credit Control activities Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls, company policies, and audit requirements You MUST Have Please apply ONLY if you meet the following cr...
