Reporting to a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with budget holders and operational leads, translating financial information into clear, practical guidance. This is a hands-on role combining robust management accounting with strong relationship-building in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Production of financial reports for senior leadership, boards, funders and internal stakeholders

Business partnering with operational managers to support budget management, forecasting and financial decision-making

Leading and supporting annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for designated departments

Providing constructive challenge to budget assumptions and supporting realistic, deliverable financial plans
