Accountable Recruitment are partnering with an industry leading business based in Deeside to recruit a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, well-established business where you will play a key role in driving performance and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes..Ensure financial controls are maintained in line with group policies and audit requirements.Drive process improvements and efficiencies across finance and operational reporting.Act as a business partner to non-finance teams, delivering meaningful insight and financial support.Skills/ Experience Required:Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).Strong understanding of management accounting principles, particularly in cost control, stock and margin analysis.Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A strong analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus schemeFlexible working optionsModern on-site facilities and free parkingCareer development opportunities within a successful, growth-oriented businessJBRP1_UKTJ
