Produce key performance indicator (KPI) reports and dashboards for operational and financial metrics. Support the Finance Director in financial planning and strategic analysis. Reconcile key balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assist in preparing year-end accounts and liaising with auditors during the audit process. Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
