What youll be doing Youll take ownership of the monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy across balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations , and supporting the business through year-end and external audit . Youll also have responsibility for transactional finance overseeing purchase and sales ledger, cashbook, bank recs, and intercompany movements, while leading and developing a small team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards. Theres a strong commercial edge too: Support budgeting, forecasting, and the annual rent-setting process
Monitor and analyse spend, income, and cashflow to improve value for money
Present meaningful reports and analysis to the Senior Leadership Team
Review and enhance internal reporting, systems, and policies
Manage supplier contracts, terms, and negotiations
