We're working with a market-leading organisation based near Cardiff that's looking to bring on a dynamic Management Accountant for a 12-16 month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys combining strong financial insight with advanced data and systems capability. The Role You'll play a key role in delivering robust management information, supporting decision-making across the business, and driving improvements in reporting and analysis. This is a hands-on position with real visibility and influence. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate and insightful monthly management accounts
Deliver variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting support
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse large data sets
Partner with stakeholders to translate financial data into clear commercial insight
Support process improvements and automation within finance reporting
About You Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a management accounting role
Strong Power BI and SQL skills (essential)
