Your New Role

As their Management Accountant, your responsibilities includes:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, commentary, and analysis
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to influence decisions
• Providing meaningful insight into performance drivers and cost control
• Balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of transactional accuracy
• Identifying process improvements and supporting finance transformation initiatives
• Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
• Opportunity to support strategic projects, system enhancements

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Part-qualified or fully qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong management reporting skills with the ability to turn data into insight
• Confident communication skills and a proactive, business-partnering approach
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI or similar advantageous)
• Commercial awareness and a continuous-improvement mindset
• Experience gained within fast-paced or growing environments
