Management Accountant

The role of management accountant is offered on a hybrid basis and will be responsible for driving continuous improvements and creating strong cross-functional relationships. Key responsibilities will involve;
- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts with clear commentary, highlighting key trends and variances for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Assist in monitoring working capital, providing insights to optimise liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales, margins, and overheads across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the FP&A Manager in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to provide financial insights for pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and ERP systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
