Alongside this, youll benefit from: Hybrid working - 2 days in the office Structured mentorship and coaching 34 days annual leave A comprehensive benefits package The role: Produce monthly management accounts with clear, value-adding analysis and commentary Partner with operational teams to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insight Deliver accurate and timely internal reporting Support year-end processes, including audit and statutory requirements Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools Assist with cash flow forecasting and management Support and develop members of the finance processing team What were looking for: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Strong systems skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools Background in practice or experience within a commercial finance environment Previous exposure to mentoring or supporting junior team members (desirable) Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business Naturally curious, detail-oriented and comfortable working to deadlines
