Your new company Join a prestigious, Belfast organisation that's part of a large UK group. You'll be at the heart of a dynamic finance function, supporting a high-performing business and helping run multiple different business units. Your new roleAs Management Accountant, you'll report to the Financial Controller and: Produce monthly Management Accounts, nominal journals and balance sheet reconciliations Lead end-to-end payroll processing, Manage stock Oversee sales and purchase ledger month-end close, resolving aged balances Submit reports, VAT and statutory returns, plus ad hoc KPI reports Supervise accounts staff, uphold internal controls and cover the Financial Controller as needed Support audits, budgets, forecasts and quarterly stock counts What you'll need to succeed Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA accountant Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy accounts environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail, organisation and time-management Team-player mentality and supervisory experience What you'll get in return Competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 37.5-hour week Exposure to cross-functional projects Career development, mentoring and training opportunities Stability of a long-established group with private-equity backing A supportive team culture committed to excellence What you need to do nowReady to take your finance career to the next level?
