We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Management Accountant to join a busy finance team in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering accurate financial information to support business decision-making.
You will work closely with managers across the business, providing insight, analysis, and reporting to drive performance and support strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, journals, and reconciliations
- Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and provide clear insights
- Support stock valuations, depot accounts, and production analysis
- Maintain and develop sales data analysis using Excel and internal systems
- Assist with audits, year-end processes, and financial reporting requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support business performance
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant role, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
- Knowledge xbpsjku of Sage 200 and Access (desirable)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive and analytical approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive salary of £49,000
