A global business centred in Norwich is looking to expand its finance team by appointing a new Group Management Accountant. This exceptional brand has seen exciting changes within its Group following a period of continual growth. Joining an extremely skilled team, the Group Management Accountant will be responsible for the following duties: Production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts for different trading entities Responsible for the financial records for the relevant trading entities Production of budgets & forecasts Variance analysis and partnering with management heads Full balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations Production and distribution of monthly reporting to budget by cost centre Submission of VAT returns and EC Sales for the group Weekly GRN postings Authorizing bank payments Assisting Finance Controller/Director Overhead analysis and other ad hoc duties

The ideal candidate will boast a skill set comprising of commercial awareness and technical astuteness. Key personal attributes are as follows:

Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Understanding of robust management accounting principles A strong communicator and inquisitive by nature Able to work to deadlines
