Role Overview We are looking for a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager to join our Enterprise Model & Strategy team as an Operating Model and/or Organisation Design Consultant. In this role you will help clients design and implement new operating models, drive high performance and navigate the ever‑changing technological and socio‑economic landscape. Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of large and complex projects, working collaboratively with team members and clients to rapidly understand and define business challenges and potential solutions. Develop and present meaningful and practical insights and recommendations, based on a robust evidence‑base, that can stand up to client scrutiny. Build strong, long‑lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels. Coach, develop and performance‑manage team members as part of project delivery. Support the growth of the Enterprise Model & Strategy team through engaging leadership and recruitment support across all levels. Accountability for delivery of strategic transformation projects within Enterprise Model & Strategy and drive the further development of these accounts.

Professional Profile & Qualifications

Consulting mindset – extensive consulting or management experience, with a strong track record in operating model and organisational design projects. Stakeholder management – ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives. Team building – experience in building and managing teams to mobilise and manage multiple projects and workstreams. Strategic thinking – collaborative approach to rapidly understand and define business challenges and shape solutions on a fact‑based approach. Client delivery – extensive experience in hybrid delivery of complex transformation projects. Analytical skills – develop and present practical insights and recommendations backed by evidence. Solution delivery – lead and plan execution of workstreams necessary to deliver programmes, contributing to redesign activities that optimise customer experience through digital capabilities. Commercial acumen – ability to sell additional resources, shape winning deals, and be actively involved in account development. Business success – demonstration of clear, measurable business outcomes achieved.

Bonus If You Have Experience In

Delivering product‑centred solutions, and/or holding a Scaled Agile or equivalent qualification. Embedding Artificial Intelligence as a capability and creating solutions that successfully leverage AI. Consulting on operating model projects with a focus on outsourcing solutions.
