Job Details
As a key member of our Business Support service, you’ll:
Manage complex diaries and schedules for Executive Team members
Organise high-level meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Prepare and format professional documents and presentations
Take accurate minutes and handle confidential correspondence
Maintain IT systems and support digital tools in meetings
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in a busy office environment using modern IT systems
Holds a qualification at SCQF Level 7 (e.g., HNC in Business Administration)
Demonstrates strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Can work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Is confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
Desirable Extras
Shorthand or audio typing skills
Customer Service Professional Qualification
Experience with non-standard corporate IT systems
