The role requires candidates -
To deliver a service that is fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements in accordance with the Care Act 2014
To develop a robust, knowledgeable, skilled staff team and provide them with leadership and management to ensure they work effectively to support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs
Ensure provision of high-quality care, support and supervision to service users' health needs and complex behaviours using the service
Work collaboratively, in partnership with key stakeholders, including Social Workers, Health, Housing and Commissioning to ensure a robust referral process and plan for new adults referred to the service is achieve.
To ensure systems are in place for evidencing good practice and ensuring continuous review and development to better meet the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
