Are you ready to lead strategic growth in the utilities sector? Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to champion the FFaaS category. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic leader eager to drive performance and build high-value relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Category Strategy & Performance

Develop and implement a comprehensive FFaaS category strategy aligned with business objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Define KPIs and performance metrics for monitoring success.

Business Development & Commercial Management

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to enhance the FFaaS portfolio.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to create compelling value propositions.
Lead high-value contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while minimizing risks.

Programme Delivery & Go-Live

Oversee the complete delivery and successful launch of FFaaS initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth go-live processes.
Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks and issues.

Key Account & Partnership Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and collaborate internally to deliver exceptional service.
Act as the primary liaison with suppliers and partners, managing performance proactively.

Decision Support & Leadership

Prepare and present decision-support materials for strategic and commercial decisions.
Lead multiple work programmes with robust planning and prioritization skills.

Here's What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Proven experience in category management, business development, and contract negotiation.
Track record of managing high-value contracts and delivering complex programmes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Commercially astute, able to engage and influence at senior levels.
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
Self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with resilience, adaptability, and strong ethical integrity.
