The role combines detailed analysis with clear communication and stakeholder engagement. Projects are fast paced and often transaction-driven, requiring strong problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will also play a role in supporting client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of commercial due diligence and growth strategy workstreams.
  • Structure analysis, manage timelines and ensure high-quality output.
  • Support the design of project approaches and methodologies.
  • Manage and develop junior team members, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent delivery.
  • Support internal capability building, knowledge sharing and best practice development.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience delivering commercial due diligence and wider strategy projects.
  • Strong exposure to the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector (pharmaceuticals, bio-technology, medical-technology or services).
  • Good understanding of sector dynamics, value chains and business models.
  • Proven ability to manage workstreams and support junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A scientific or technical degree is helpful but not essential.

What’s on Offer?

  • Opportunity to join a growing and well-regarded deals practice.
  • Strong exposure to high-profile transactions in a specialist sector.
  • Clear progression and responsibility from an early stage.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Flexible and agile working approach.

This is a strong opportunity for a consulting professional with Healthcare & Life Sciences experience to step into a broader role with more responsibility across delivery, people management and practice growth.
