Applications are invited from committed and experienced Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals or Social Workers tolead theSupported Living team as Band 7 Manager, or Band 6 Deputy Manager within the Adult Learning Disabilities Service on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands . The Supported Living Team provides independent livingaccommodation at two sites where resident Service Userslive in rented or partial ownership flats andhave a range of care and support services delivered to their door from an on-site care and support team. Service Usershave access to communal on-site facilities including hairdressers, restaurants, lounges and assisted bathing facilities. Guernsey provides a comprehensive and high quality Health and Social Care service to Adults with Learning Disabilities over 18 across the island. Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale, as above. The current Band 7salary range is £55,578 to £73,085 and for Band 6 is £46,152 to £62,310 Both roles offeran annual bonus of £1,605 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH.
