We are looking for a proven recruitment leader to take charge of the Built Environment team at either Managing Consultant or Associate Director level, depending on experience.The RoleThis role is ideal for someone with a strong billing track record who is also passionate about growing and inspiring a team. You will:Lead and develop a team of high-performing consultantsOwn and deliver the strategic direction of the Built Environment teamContinue billing at a high level, win new business and maintain key relationshipsRun regular 1:1s, team meetings and performance reviewsRecruit, onboard and develop new talent into the teamBe a visible leader within the business and part of the Senior Leadership TeamSupport and work closely with senior leadership on company-wide goalsTake responsibility for performance management, team culture, and commercial successWhat We’re Looking ForWe are open to hiring at Managing Consultant or Associate Director level, and your title will reflect your experience and track record.
