Are you a strategic, technically minded professional with a strong background in AI/ML and a passion for biotech innovation? We are working with a fast-growing biotech organisation at the forefront of computational biology, looking for a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a right-hand to the CEO, supporting decision-making and execution across the organisation.
• Lead cross-functional projects bridging AI/ML, product development, and business operations.
• Translate complex scientific and technical insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
• Drive internal alignment, operational efficiency, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and key external engagements with scientific and corporate stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• Deep experience in AI/ML, preferably applied in biotech or life sciences
• Proven track record in strategic project management, ideally in a high-growth, Series A/B environment.
• Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to bridge technical, scientific, and commercial discussions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable influencing at all levels.
• Successfully watched and supported a business scale
• Hands-on problem solver, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
