The role requires a proven track record of business consulting engagements and end‑to‑end business transformation delivery. Industry expertise in Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution; Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences; or Utilities is essential to support growth of this capability.As an OTC specialist you will bring deep process consulting expertise and an ability to articulate the business impact of technology to client executives. You will discuss new technology and data‑driven business models, lead the delivery of OTC workstream projects, and engage with Capgemini’s technical architects, digital specialists, and SAP delivery teams to scope, design, and build S/4HANA‑enabled transformations and support their rollout and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead end‑to‑end OTC workstreams to deliver client outcomes.Engage with Capgemini resources to identify and deliver value, recommending short‑ and long‑term solutions.Ensure the quality of work that delivers tangible client impact.Contribute to business development – proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and event hosting.Support internal initiatives – campaign development, think tanks, white papers, and practice development.Participate in learning & development – training, certifications, and career development programs.Qualifications & Core CompetenciesProven success in a matrix organisation, with ability to enlist support from peers.Experience in proposition building and delivery.Background in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting experience.Proven SAP S/4HANA programme and project delivery with focus on OTC business processes (Purchasing, Order Management, Credit Management, Order Fulfilment, Shipping, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Reporting).What You’ll Love About Working HereWithin the Intelligent Industry team you will be part of a dynamic, startup‑style environment that encourages innovation, curiosity, and co‑creation.
