This role exists to lead that.

The Mandate

This is a board-level role with responsibility for group-wide performance across a platform that continues to grow through acquisition.

You are here to drive performance through senior leaders across multiple entities, while the structure continues to evolve.

You will:

• Own portfolio performance, margin and delivery across multiple offices

• Hold Partners and senior leaders accountable for commercial outcomes

• Ensure newly acquired businesses are absorbed quickly and effectively into the group

• Build consistency of execution across an expanding platform

• Establish a clear performance rhythm across a business that is still being shaped

Working alongside the COO, who owns systems, structure and integration, your focus is simple:

Performance. Accountability. Delivery.

What This Requires

We are looking for someone who has already operated inside a PE-backed, acquisitive environment and understands the realities of scaling through buy and build.

You will likely have:

• Operated at CEO, COO or Group MD level within a PE-backed or high-growth professional services business

• Experience across multiple entities during periods of active acquisition

• Led or been deeply involved in post-acquisition integration and performance improvement

• A track record of holding senior leaders to account, not just managing teams

• Worked closely with a board and investors, understanding what drives valuation

We are specifically looking for someone who has been part of a business that has scaled materially through acquisition and understands what it takes to move from growth to consistent, scalable performance.

You will have seen this journey before and played a central role in delivering it.

This is likely to resonate with individuals who have operated in multi-office, PE-backed professional services platforms such as legal, accountancy or advisory groups that have grown through acquisition.
