Since the Rygor acquisition in 2024 the business has tripled in size, and we are now looking for an experienced Managing Director to help continue to drive the business forward, and deliver on our strategic objectives. Reporting into the company owners, this pivotal role requires proven expertise and hands-on experience in running the operations of a vehicle coach building company, combined with strong commercial acumen and excellent leadership skills. You will have full responsibility of the business operations, and are expected to deliver operational excellence, manage supplier, customer & stakeholder relationships, deliver the growth ambitions, and meet customer requirements to the highest standards. We expect you to be able to foster a culture of innovation and continuous growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes in this field, compliance, and health and safety, as well as the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
