An excellent opportunity for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure and utilities contractor. You will play a key role within the commercial team, overseeing a portfolio of projects and supporting the Commercial Manager.
With a strong forward order book and continued growth, this role offers clear progression to Commercial Manager.
Location: Hybrid working with travel to London and Middlesex project sites.
Key responsibilities
Managing subcontractors, project accounts and commercial reporting Supporting the Commercial Manager and mentoring junior team members Overseeing valuations, measurements and CVR reporting Contract review and NEC contract management Managing commercial risk, disputes and cost control
Requirements
Experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor Background in utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering projects Strong NEC contract and subcontract management experience Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience) Full UK driving licence
