Fawkes & Reece are recruiting for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of our key clients, a well-established and reputable contractor with a strong presence across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute professional with a proven background in Tier 1 construction environments to take on a senior leadership role within a growing regional team. The Role As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will take overall commercial responsibility for two major projects in South Wales, with values of approximately £100m and £30m. You will lead and support a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors on each site, ensuring strong commercial performance, effective cost control, and contractual compliance across both schemes.
