Permanent Full Time 40 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Exeter.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you willbe responsible forthe day-to-day administration of the Quantity Surveying department, ensuring that the companys contractual andfinancial interestsare best served. You willbe requiredto prepare financial reports and have knowledge and understanding of claims and dispute resolution.

You will oversee the project reporting process, ensuringtimelyandaccuratecomposition of trading results, and contributing to the presentation of Management accounts and forecasts by the region.

Wedlike our Managing Quantity Surveyor to have a proventrack recordin a similar role or as a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up. You will need be able to manage the surveying department and be comfortable with recruiting, training, and developing all levels of the commercial team.
