BAM are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Managing Quantity Surveyor who can strengthen our existing team on the large civil engineering project, the Eastern Green Link 2 (EGL2) project. EGL2 project is a JV with Hitachi Energy (HEBAM) and 5-year project which will see the creation of a 525kV, 2GW high voltage direct current (HVDC) subsea transmission cable from Peterhead in Scotland to Drax in England. This will be the longest HVDC Cable in the UK and the UKs single largest transmission project ever, providing enough power for 2 million UK homes.
