An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing projects across the South Coast. The Role
As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will: Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple residential developments
Oversee cost planning, procurement strategy, and subcontractor management
Ensure robust cost control, valuations, and financial reporting
Manage budgets from pre-construction through to final account
Provide accurate forecasting and risk management
Mentor and support Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QS staff
Work closely with Construction, Technical, and Land teams to maximise profitability
