Hill McGlyn Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading main contractor who is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on a flagship high-rise residential development.
This is a site-based position overseeing a major circa £50m scheme , consisting of steel-frame residential towers with commercial units at ground level . The role offers genuine responsibility, autonomy, and long-term career progression.
The Role: Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be commercially responsible for the project from start to final account, while also managing and mentoring junior members of the commercial team.
