This role is for a Mandarin speaker with a background in project managing the installation of telecom networks. You will oversee teams in Europe and the UK installing network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure for a global business. The work is varied, autonomous, and may involve travel in Europe, with direct reporting to clients. The position offers independence and a dynamic work environment.

Duties:

• Coordinate and manage the installation of telecom networks
• Oversee and mentor installation teams
• Manage end-to-end projects for network and data centre delivery
• Plan and oversee project deadlines
• Liaise with clients and engineers
• Report on installation status
• Maintain project documentation
• Site preparation (rack and cabinet installation, structured cabling, power, cooling, testing)
• Manage, motivate, and retain project teams
• Ensure safety (EHS) standards compliance

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in project management for data centre projects
• Understanding of network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure
