My client is looking to appoint a Maintenance Manager for their education site in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading effective project delivery working alongside stakeholders including Facilities Managers, Building Managers, Maintenance Contract Managers and professional service colleague across the organisation. Projects will typically be in the range of £10K to £100K and the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery from inception to handover, including the compliant procurement of goods and services. Key Responsibilities Build and manage the annual Maintenance Works Plan including preparation, prioritisation, financial approval and leadership across the financial year You will lead the project delivery of the Maintenance Works Plan, working closely with the Senior Maintenance Managers to coordinate the support of their teams and the Systems & Asset Information Manager to manage the data requirements; Supporting internal and external stakeholders, you'll produce a programme (or series of programmes) for the approved works across the financial year; Coordinating technical leads across the team, you will draft scope of works and specification documents that are suitable for quotation, mini-competition or tender.
