Manufacturing and Testing Assistant Location: Birmingham Hours: 8:00-16:30, Monday-Friday Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour

Join our team to help manufacture and test medical devices. You will follow established procedures, maintain equipment, complete documentation, and ensure high-quality production. This role also supports other departments as needed to help meet delivery and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing and testing of medical devices Maintain, clean, and calibrate equipment Accurately complete production records, worksheets, and documentation Use the ERP system for tracking work and accessing documents Report progress, issues, and delays to the supervisor Work collaboratively with the team and help plan daily tasks Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures Ensure work meets regulatory and company standards Perform additional duties as requiredWhat You Need Essential:

GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science Basic computer skills Ability to work well in a team Good communication and time managementDesirable:

A Levels or a science-related degree Lab, production, or GMP experience Knowledge of health & safety processesPersonal Qualities
