Manufacturing Administrator
Location:
Enniskillen

We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Manufacturing Administrator to support key Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities within our busy manufacturing site. This role plays an important part in keeping our people safe, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

? What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting health, safety and environmental processes to help keep employees safe and ensure full site compliance.
• Organising First Aider training and maintaining first aid equipment, stock levels and records.
• Managing the HSE SharePoint site, including document control and permission access.
• Processing SAP goods receipts and verifying invoices.
• Administering the QUOR system — user management, tracking records, producing weekly statistics and supporting progress meetings.
• Assisting with HSE audits, inspections and compliance tasks including toolbox talks, risk assessments and COSHH activities.
• Maintaining calibration and inspection records, and completing checks on fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, spill kits, lab reports and first aid equipment.
• Recording and monitoring H&S, environmental and waste data (including monthly Biffa reporting).
• Supporting safety communications, Safety Committee meetings and maintaining the EHS register.
• Providing wider administrative support to the manufacturing and HSE teams, including holiday cover.

? What You'll Bring

Essential:
• A good understanding of site EHS requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
