They are currently investing in their Rugby site, including the relocation of manufacturing processes from Europe to support future growth.The company prides itself on developing its people, with clear progression opportunities and a strong track record of promoting from within.The Role:This is a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering role, supporting both day-to-day production and longer-term strategic projects.You will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, resolving technical issues on the shopfloor, and supporting the transfer of production into the UK.
