Manufacturing Engineer – Electronic/Electro-Mechanical products

Are you a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for driving process improvements and ensuring product quality? This role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic production environment.

This is a great opportunity because this will be the first Manufacturing Engineer the company has employed. They have a production team of 10 people, including a Supervisor and Assemblers. Previously, the R&D team have supported production with NPI and designing jigs, fixates and tooling etc. Now they are looking to hire a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to take on those duties and take ownership of the manufacturing processes, so it's a great opportunity to take ownership of that and have a big impact on the business with a lot of autonomy.
