Assisting with the servicing, installation and customer training activities
Ensuring work is carried out safely and to a high standard of quality
About You:
A practical, hands-on individual with an interest in manufacturing and engineering
Graduate engineers are welcome, particularly those keen to learn and develop their skills in a workshop-based environment

Comfortable working with tools and learning new build and assembly processes
A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take responsibility
Keen to grow professionally, with the ambition to progress into a supervisory or management role
Experience in lab equipment, filtration, HVAC, metal fabrication, or similar environments would be an advantage, but not a requirement
Why Join Fumecare:
A genuinely hands-on engineering role with real responsibility
Opportunity to grow into a supervisory or management position within 6–12 months
Work with specialist equipment used in scientific and forensic environments
Join a small, growing company where your contribution will be visible and valued
