The Role
You will lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians, providing technical and strategic direction across: Legacy product support
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Continuous improvement initiatives
Manufacturing process optimisation
You will play a critical role in ensuring products are delivered on time, to cost and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with customer-specific and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team
Deliver robust Design for Manufacture (DFM) throughout the NPI lifecycle
Ensure structured and compliant NPI handovers into production
