Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineering & Safety
Deliver business plan targets with a focus on Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development, Safety, and Morale (QCDDSSM). Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, and Six Sigma methodologies. Design and develop manufacturing systems, processes, jigs, and fixtures. Produce detailed designs using SolidWorks (3D) and DraftSight (2D). Ensure compliance with industry directives, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
